FAQ's for Theatre-Go'ers

 

What is the price of admission?

Your admission includes the audience-interactive show and your meal/dessert, the pricing of which is determined by the specific venue.  Please contact the venue directly or Ovation Dinner Theatre for more details.

 

What is the dress code?

Casual.

 

What is the recommended minimum age to consider for attending one of the productions?

We suggest theatre-go'ers be a minimum of 13 years of age. 

 

What is on the menu?

The 3-course meal/dinner buffet generally consists of specially-prepared appetizer selections; premium entrees and sides; and an assortment of delicious desserts. (*Note:  Please make the wait staff aware of any special diet needs you may have.*)  Please contact an upcoming venue of your choice for more specific information.

 

If I or someone in my party doesn't show up, is a refund available?

All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds available, as seating and meals are determined in advance.

 

What's included with my paid admission?

You will enjoy a live, audience-interactive theatrical performance, coupled with a fine meal. 

 

I want to take on an audience role during the show! 

When you reserve your tickets for the show, please let us know that you'd like to fill one of our 8-12 audience-interactive roles.  There's no rehearsal necessary; no script to memorize; no need to leave your seat - JUST HAVE FUN WITH IT! 

 

I don't want to take on an audience role during the show!  Can I just watch?

Absolutely!  We assign 8-12 audience parts, depending on the show, and you do not have to participate in that way if you don't want to - JUST ENJOY THE SHOW!!

 

What time should I arrive?

Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to the event.  During this time, please feel free to order drinks and socialize with fellow patrons.  At the scheduled show time, we will ask that all patrons take their seat and prepare to enjoy a fun evening! 

 

I want a good seat. Where are they?

Seating is typically done as an open floor plan.  As the actors interact with the patrons throughout the venues and the show doesn't utilize a stage, all seats are great seats!

 

How long does the show last?

The dinner and show will run approximately 2-1/2 hours.
